Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time, our courier service only ship to European countries.
Shipping costs for domestic orders are € 4,95 & orders above €100,- free of charge.
For all other countries shipping costs vary and are subject to delivery country and weight of the parcel. We offer free shipping to all countries for orders over €150,-
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. When it is on the way, you will receive tracking info by email. You should receive your order 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2 - 7 business days for the rest of the world. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.
If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local DPD Office; DPD will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery. If you have not received your DPD tracking-ID, please contact our customer service and we will look into this for you, immediately.

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistakes as promptly as possible.
We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
Unfortunately we can not add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.

Other questions
There is no invoice included in the package when it is delivered. Should you wish to have the amount of your order removed from the delivery note that is included, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you. If the order has already been shipped without prior information coming to us, we are unable to service these requests.
